Who we are
These Terms of Service are effective from 5 May 2026. They replace earlier versions of these Terms from that date (previous acceptance remains valid for earlier periods unless we notify you otherwise).
These Terms are between you and REJUVION HEALTH (PTY) LTD (“Rejuvion Health”, “we”, “us”), registration number 2026/136489/07 (Companies Act, South Africa).
Registered office and postal address: 7 Merle Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2196, South Africa (as recorded with CIPC). Location of company records: same address.

SARS taxpayer reference (Income Tax): 9957277198, as confirmed on SARS Notice of Registration dated 2026-02-19. Standard VAT (currently 15% in South Africa) may apply where we are registered and supply is taxable—see your tax invoice for the VAT registration number and breakdown.
Service scope
Rejuvion Health operates a digital health platform (web and mobile) including patient accounts, consultations and messaging where offered, treatment coordination, ordering and payment flows for eligible products where permitted, and related tools. The platform does not replace emergency medical care.
If you experience a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
AI-assisted or automated summaries, where offered, are decision-support only and do not replace independent clinical judgment.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, safety risk, or breach of these Terms.
Orders, payments, and delivery
Prices, availability, and fulfilment for products and services are as shown at checkout or confirmed by your clinician. Delivery is available in South Africa where offered.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability and governing law
You agree to indemnify Rejuvion Health against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to mandatory protections, courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
